Geoff is Poorly
Geoff Eynon, committee member, equipment officer, father of the Club Christmas meal caterers, mainstay of the Club for many years, good company and good photographer, is languishing in RUH when he should have been enjoying a cruise. He's not very well just now, but chiefly very, very bored and fed up. Give him a ring if you can. Request for Photographs 1 Loveday has had a request from Dave Thompson of Somerset Speedway, who asks those who went on the two trips there this month to post images on the Speedway Twitter account (https://twitter.com/casesrebels), so that their followers can see them, please. Request for Photographs 2 (a VG Idea from Keith Kemp) The Festival Photo Walk, Somerset Speedway, St Fagan's in the rain, Bath with Mick Yates, Goodwood..... Timings for the evening are as follows: It's advisable to arrive between 6pm & 6:15pm for the pit/track tour, which generally lasts 30 to 40 mins, with the opportunity to take some candid photos. Pits will close at 7pm. Once concluded, you'll be shown to your table & the staff will organise your food. The holiday group will meet next on Tuesday 21st August, at 7.30 in the upstairs room at The Three Swans in Frome. Come along if you're interested, or e-mail if you're interested but can't make that evening ([email protected]). |
