Starters Smoked salmon mousse with Melba toast or Pâté with Melba toast or Vegetable soup Mains Roast turkey, pigs in blankets, home-made Yorkshire pudding, stuffing balls, gravy or Poached salmon with hollandaise sauce or Cajun spiced sweet potato roulade with creamy cheese sauce or All served with a choice of roast and new potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Desserts Christmas pudding or Gateau of the day or Fresh fruit salad or All served with cream or custard. Tea and coffee to follow.
